As the weather warms up, many of us pet lovers are discovering that our furry friend's urine has killed the grass in many spots. The best remedy is prevention. Start your pet on a supplement designed to prevent urine burnt spots. One such supplement is Grass Saver, sold at PetCo or McKees. It comes in a liquid or treat form. This will reduce the nitrogen in the pet's urine so it will not burn the grass. Thank you helping us keep your community looking nice.

2010 Owner's Meeting Presentation
Even if you couldn't make it to the meeting, don't miss anything! Below you can view the PowerPoint presented as well as see the 2009 Profit and Loss and 2010 Budget:
As with each year, a board position will be available. Anyone interested in becoming the next board member is recommended to notify us via email (prhoa@hotmail.com). This is a non-paid position that would require the member to be available for occasional meetings and frequent email access. Please inform us of your desire to become a board member so we can post each candidate's name and information on the website for other homeowners to see before the nomination process. Prior notification is not required, but is recommended so that all homeowners have a chance to be informed about each candidate.
Please click here to download a proxy if you will not be able to attend the meeting and would like someone to vote in your place.
